How to make Windows Media Player the default player for mp3 files.
Windows Media Player (WMP) will play mp3 files immediately so you do
not need to wait for the files to download first. This is important
if you have a slow internet connection. If you want to
make WMP your default player for mp3, follow these instructions.
1. Open Windows Media Player.
2. Select the Tools menu. You may need to right-click on the top
bar to see the menu.
3. Click on the Tools menu, then select Options.
4. Click on the File Types tab.
5. Put a check in the MP3 box, then select OK.
